Tips and Troubleshooting
- iOS devices only support HTTP and HTTPS proxies natively. For SOCKS5, you’ll need to use a third-party app.
- Remember that your Evomi password should be in the format: your_password_session-anychars_mode-speed
- If you’re having connection issues, try toggling Airplane mode on and off to reset network connections.
- Some apps may ignore system-wide proxy settings. In these cases, you’ll need to use a VPN app that forces all traffic through the proxy.
- Always disable the proxy when you’re not using it to ensure normal internet access.
- Be cautious when using proxies on public Wi-Fi networks, as your credentials may be visible to network administrators.
By following this guide, you should now be able to use Evomi proxies on your iOS devices for various web activities and app usage.
